The Oakley brand has been around for a long time. It is an innovative brand that is constantly reinventing the way they think. Their sunglasses are not only fashionable, but are one of the most high-tech pairs of shades I have ever owned. They have excellent UV protection, look great, and are comfortable.
I love the look and feel of the Yuvraj Singh signature glasses. These were named for the Indian cricket player, after he won them the World Cup in 2011. I like these because they are so different looking from typical Oakley's. Upon first look, they look like a unique pair of aviator glasses. The only dead giveaway is the Oakley logo on the side. These have the amazing UV protection offered by the "Pit Bulls," and the same Oakley standards. The biggest difference is the look. These have gold frames with black lenses. They are cut to an aviator shape and have Yuvraj Singh's signature on the bottom of the left lens.
And what I find to be the coolest part about Oakley's entire line of sunglasses? The fact that prescription shades (for both far AND near-sighted people) can be put in the frames. This is a phenomenal invention. I have tried the transitions lenses from my doctor, but I always said I just would rather have my normal glasses and another pair of prescription sunglasses. And I know there is not a better looking pair of prescription sunglasses out there. Oakley really seems to have thought of it all. They are innovative, but in the grand scheme of things, have to change the way they do things very little. They seem to have gotten it right the first time.
